Pregunta:
Descubrí que muchos comandos de actualización y Apache en mi sistema están fallando con fallas de segmentación. No sé si este es el principal, pero muchos paquetes dependen de util-linux:

Primera forma: debe descargar el dpkg package
de packages.ubuntu.com
e instalarlo.
Segunda forma: debe descargar el dpkg package
de packages.ubuntu.com
y extraerlo y cp dpkg en /usr/bin
